An easy walk to attractions, including Plaza Mayor. There was a railroad station in the vicinity.

Hotel Santa Teresa exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location was fantastic, situated close to the city wall and within easy driving distance to the center. The hotel itself was renovated and had a charming, old-world ambiance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was relatively clean. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who genuinely wanted to assist despite any limitations they may have had.

The hotel is situated in a charming neighborhood down the hills, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the city bustle. It is conveniently located close to the city wall and within walking distance to the center. the rooms are clean, reasonably furnished, and offer a sunny view of the mountains. the staff, although not proficient in English, are friendly and willing to assist. the breakfast is substantial and excellent value, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Guests can enjoy facilities such as a pool, spa, and restaurant.
Communication with the staff can be challenging due to the language barrier.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, close enough to the main city attractions. the room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the hotel provided guests with a decent pool to cool off from the hot city weather.
The breakfast served at the hotel left a lot to be desired. the limited options and overpriced menu were not worth the money spent.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be reasonably priced and clean. The breakfast was good and offered value for money. The staff were always friendly and willing to help, making me feel welcome. The hotel's location was also ideal since it was a short walk from both the historical center and the railway station.
The hotel lacked any form of modern amenities and felt outdated, similar to hotels from twenty or twenty-five years ago. the sound insulation was poor, and I could hear noise from other rooms.
